What Happens Between the Call and the Payout?

There’s something about pay-per-call that I keep coming back to:
How much do we actually know about a call once it comes in?
You might know where the call came from and whether it was paid out. But what about everything in between?
Was it routed correctly?
Did the buyer actually answer?
How long did the conversation last?
Why was it accepted or rejected?
The tricky part is that the final number doesn’t always tell you why a call ended up that way.
And when something looks off, it can be difficult to tell whether the issue was the traffic, routing, buyer, or the call itself.
Where do you feel you’re flying blind in the call-to-payout process?
