To keep iDiscuss a safe, respectful, and helpful community for everyone, we ask that all users follow the rules below. Violating these rules may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banning from the forum.

1. No Spam

Any activity that disrupts the forum’s flow or abuses its functionality is considered spam. Examples include:

  • Posting the same content in multiple threads or categories
  • Replying to threads with irrelevant or promotional content
  • Using automated tools or bots to post
  • Posting links purely for SEO/backlinking purposes
  • Creating fake accounts to upvote, comment, or promote content

2. Be Respectful

Everyone should feel safe and welcome here. Do not engage in any of the following:

  • Personal attacks, bullying, or harassment
  • Hateful or discriminatory comments (based on race, religion, gender, etc.)
  • Targeting users with threats or abusive messages
  • Trolling or intentionally provoking arguments

3. Stay On Topic

Make sure your threads and replies are relevant to the category and discussion. Off-topic or derailing posts may be removed.

4. No Harmful or Illegal Content

  • Do not share malware, pirated software, or illegal content
  • Do not promote scams, fraud, or phishing schemes
  • Do not post graphic, violent, or sexually explicit material

5. Do Not Misuse Forum Features

  • Do not manipulate reputation, votes, or reports
  • Do not impersonate moderators, admins, or other members
  • Do not bypass bans using new accounts ("ban evasion")

6. Respect Moderation Decisions

If your post is removed or account is warned, please respect the moderator's decision. If you believe it was unfair, you may contact the moderation team privately.

7. English Only

Please post only in English unless you're in a category that explicitly allows other languages. This helps moderators and members understand and respond properly.

8. Age Requirement

iDiscuss is intended for users aged 13 and older. Do not register or participate if you are under the required age.

Violation Consequences

Breaking these rules may result in:

  • Thread or reply deletion
  • Temporary or permanent bans
  • Content being reported or flagged
