Running a campaign is one thing… but scaling it profitably is a completely different game.
I’ve noticed that once you try to scale, a lot of issues start showing up:
- Call quality drops
- Buyers start rejecting more calls
- Tracking becomes messy across multiple sources
- Margins shrink fast
