Are missed calls silently killing your marketing performance?
Something I’ve noticed in my campaigns is that we focus a lot on generating leads, but not enough on what happens after that—especially with phone calls.
Many times, customers prefer calling directly, but if the call is missed or not tracked properly, we lose that lead completely. And the worst part? We don’t even know which campaign brought that call.
This makes it really hard to measure actual performance or improve campaigns.
I recently read about platforms like CallAtlas that provide features like call routing, real-time analytics, and call recording. It seems like they help capture and manage every call properly and give better visibility into what’s working.
Curious to know—how are you guys handling call tracking and missed call issues in your marketing? Any tools or strategies working well?
