I used to think calls were just “offline conversions,” but now I’m realizing they’re actually one of the most valuable touchpoints.
With inbound call tracking, you can:

- Track which ads are generating real phone leads
- Improve team performance using call recordings
- Reduce missed opportunities
What really stood out to me is how it helps connect marketing with actual revenue — not just clicks or leads, but real conversations.
I feel like this is still underused compared to other tracking methods.
